When do I receive my order?

When we have received your payment we send your order within 5 working days! It can take longer before you receive your order! From the moment we have dropped your order at the postoffice we have no control how long it takes before it's in your country. If you have any questions about your order contact warehouse@hardstyleshop.com.

How can I order an item in different sizes?

Add the item in your shopping bask. Go back to the item page and put it again in your shopping bask. Now go to your shopping bask and you can select 2 different sizes for the same item.

How can I pay my order?

You can pay with your PayPal account or with a creditcard. iDEAL is only possible for orders from the Netherlands.

How can I remove products from my shopping basket?

Click on shopping basket, search the product you want to remove and click on the trashcan.

Which countries do you ship to?

Hardstyle Shop has it`s residence in the Netherlands but ships worldwide.

Can I visit your warehouse to receive my order?

No. You can only visit our shop at parties. Check the schedule.
